Our Second Year

It has been awhile since, I have updated everyone on our happenings at Beachside Montessori Village in our ART program.
Our K/1 classes have been working on their Art Elements, since the beginning of school.  They are creating a composition using free form shapes, lines, and colors (primary and secondary).  We are almost finished and they are wonderful.
2/3 Are working on mixed media  scarecrow composition.
4/5 Have been working on positive and negative space designs.
6 Have been working on the Orange Bowl poster contest.   They completed line designs and a OP ART radial design.
We are off to a great start and hope to be more proactive on our blog !!!
